Back up the tenant
Every day, or more often if you need it, we copy the changes from Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, plus your Entra ID configuration: users, groups, apps, roles and more. The copy is stored in our Dutch data centre, outside your Microsoft tenant.

Something gets deleted
A finance library disappears and the second-stage recycle bin is emptied. A group with eighteen members is gone as well. In Microsoft 365 that data can no longer be recovered. Our copy is not touched, because it lives outside the tenant and is immutable.

Together with you we pick the last moment the library was complete, here 16 October at 22:00. You can see what that version contains before anything is restored.

Restore
We put the 1,214 items back where they were, with their folder structure, and recreate the group with its members. Afterwards we count and check what came back and report it in the ticket.
Deleted mail, files or groups do not have to stay lost. You call us, we restore, and the backup itself never sat inside the tenant that went wrong.
Technical detail
- Covers Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams data, plus Entra ID: users, groups, app registrations, enterprise apps, roles, domains and licences, and with the right licence Conditional Access, PIM and Identity Protection. SharePoint, Purview and Intune configuration and the audit logs come along in the same run. Restoring a complete tenant is not something we promise.
- Restores to the original location or to an alternative account or site, for example when the original user has already been removed.
- Retention is set by you and is independent of Microsoft retention policies. The copy is stored immutable in our Dutch data centre.

Mail and files get lost in very ordinary ways.
Someone deletes a SharePoint library, a leaver’s mailbox is removed, an account is taken over and files are encrypted in OneDrive. Microsoft’s own retention only goes so far back.
Identity included
Users, groups, apps, roles and licences from Entra ID are in every backup. With the right licences, Conditional Access, PIM and Identity Protection come along too.

Always: users, groups, app registrations and enterprise apps, roles and role assignments, domains and licences. Where your licence allows: admin units, Conditional Access and named locations, authentication policies, PIM and Identity Protection.

Immutable storage in the Netherlands
Your backup lives in our own data centre, completely separate from your Microsoft 365 tenant.

Can you rebuild our whole Microsoft 365 or Entra tenant?
Not with one button. We back up much more than mail and files: users, groups, apps, roles, Conditional Access, Intune and more. What can be restored, and how, we confirm per type of object before we start. Don’t count on rebuilding an entire tenant automatically.
Where is the backup stored?
In our own private cloud in the Netherlands, separate from your Microsoft 365 environment.
Can we try it with one client first?
Yes. Partners often start with Microsoft 365 backup for one client and a first restore test. The commercial arrangements are agreed before onboarding.
