Your team has enough on its plate. Leave backup and recovery to us.
We take daily backup management and recovery work off your IT team or IT supplier. Together we decide which systems have to keep working, how quickly they must be back and who is responsible for what.

It usually starts with one moment.
These are the moments customers call us. Which one is yours?
- Your backup contract is about to expire.Compare it with a managed service before you renew, including the hours your own team spends on it.Managed backup
- VMware is getting more expensive.Move to another platform with your server settings carried over, and a way back until you sign off.Server migration
- A NIS2 questionnaire landed on your desk. From a client, an insurer or an auditor. We show you which backup and recovery questions you can answer with evidence.NIS2 & compliance
- The engineer who knows everything is leaving.Backup knowledge, daily checks and recovery work move to a team with cover and a written process.Who does what
- A company in your sector was hit by ransomware. Then the question is whether an attacker can reach your backups, and which one is still clean.Cyber recovery
- A deleted Microsoft 365 folder could not be restored.Microsoft’s own retention only goes so far back. A separate copy outside Microsoft goes back as far as you agree.Microsoft 365 backup
What does a day without your systems cost?
We work it out with you per business process: revenue you miss, people who can’t work, penalties and the cost of recovery itself. Then you can weigh what recovery is worth to you.
Revenue you miss
Orders, invoices and appointments that don’t happen while systems are down.
People who can’t work
Hours of staff waiting, plus the overtime to catch up afterwards.
Penalties and reputation
Contractual penalties, missed deadlines and customers who go elsewhere.

“With IMMUTEC we get more for less money.”

Only a recovery test shows whether people can work again.
Your board wants to know what comes back, in what order and how quickly. Your IT team wants proof. Both come out of a test.
Objectives per service
How much data can you afford to lose, and how long can it be down? We record that per service, with its dependencies.
Tests on your own environment
We restore the applications and network dependencies in scope and write down what worked and what needs fixing.
A plan people can follow
Who gives the go-ahead, who does each task, and who confirms that the business can work again.

You can see what we do.

What is in your quote?
Every hour and every task we expect, so you can compare it with what doing it yourself really costs. At FENZI our quote looked more expensive at first for exactly that reason. Once they counted their own internal hours, it was the most cost-effective option.
Do you replace our IT team or our current supplier?
No. We do backup, recovery and migrations. Your own team or supplier keeps running production IT, and we agree together where the line is.
Can you guarantee a recovery time?
We set recovery objectives per service. What is realistic depends on the design, the backup frequency, dependencies, capacity and the kind of incident. After a cyber attack we may first need to investigate before we can pick a recovery point.
Do you also work for schools?
Yes. School boards and their IT partners use our Microsoft 365 and server backup. Backup and recovery for school boards.
Start with the systems you can’t do without.
Bring the list of critical services and how they are backed up today. We’ll turn it into a concrete plan.
